The guy on the shop perfectly well understood that I'd be running Linux on the unit, and said though there was no formal support from Novatech there was an active Linux community on their forums (which there is). I bought one of their desktops and I have to say I'm very happy with it. The only problem I had was sound. I won't go into the detail or my fix, but I don't blame the hardware since I was able to fix it with a reasonable change in software. I had a lot of questions up front and a few after the purchase. ZaReason focuses on lower-end laptops relative to EmperorLinux. Both will sell you a laptop with _only_ Linux on it.
