		<description>Hi John,

I&#039;ve digested the document and have made my thoughts known to all and sundry. On the whole I am very encouraged and enthusiastic on what I have read. The impact of this will be far reaching if it is implemented thoroughly. I do have some scepticism about the likely success though. This has come from a very insular and protective regime that are hardly known for their Open Government and libertarian policies. But time will tell.

<description>Yes we are that big, and the CIO Council does a great job in driving change across the Public Sector. We hope you support our updated policy. Let us know what you think.
